Our property is a light and airy two-bedroomed first floor self-catering apartment in a great location in the central square of the village of Los Alcázares. It could hardly be more convenient for all of the many local attractions, including the Promenade.  It is only a five-minute walk to the delightful golden beach.

The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard with French doors to a balcony where you can sit and look out over the lively bars, shops, and restaurants directly below, where there is also an open grassed area where cars are not permitted, making it a safe and relaxed space to stroll to your heart’s content any time day or night.

We have air-conditioning and also have ceiling fans in both bedrooms. In the comfortable lounge and dining area there is a TV & DVD player with a selection of English films suitable for all the family plus a Wii games console.​ Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 two single beds. The fully equipped kitchen gives you a washing machine, microwave, cooker, George Foreman grill, cool-box and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a bath with shower above, toilet, bidet and washbasin. We have a table and four chairs on the balcony.

A ramp at the entrance, and a lift in the building, make all the difference with suitcases, buggies and wheelchairs, and an underground parking space is available on request.​
